Hi, I’m April, a NASM certified personal trainer and the founder of ESNCE Fitness. My mission is to help busy women build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle they love through personalized fitness coaching and programs.

After losing over 50 pounds—not once but twice—I know how hard it can be to stay consistent and navigate a fitness journey. The first time, I lost the weight in an unhealthy way, only to gain it back and more. But when I approached my journey the right way—with sustainable habits, strength training, and a focus on health over quick fixes—I transformed my body and mindset for good.

With over 3 years of experience as a trainer and group fitness instructor, I am passionate about helping women lose weight, tone up, build muscle, or simply get active and feel their best. My goal is to not only help you reach your goals but to empower you with the tools, mindset, and confidence to maintain them for life.
